Further provided is a method for treating urothelial cancer, breast cancer, and bone and soft tissue sarcoma, and the method is to administer a therapeutically effective amount of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposomes to a patient in need. The mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome can effectively treat urothelial cancer, breast cancer, and bone and soft tissue sarcoma, and compared with common mitoxantrone hydrochloride injections, the mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome has better therapeutic effect and fewer adverse reactions.
