The separator thickness adjusting device (100) comprises a mounting seat (1); a driving roller (2) and a driven roller (3), which are both rotatable around their own axis and are arranged in parallel on the mounting seat (1), a gap allowing a separator (103) to pass through being formed between the driving roller (2) and the driven roller (3), and the position of the driven roller (3) relative to the driving roller (2) being adjustable so as to change the size of the gap; a first driving part (4), configured to drive the driving roller (2) to rotate around its own axis so as to move the separator (103); and second driving parts (5), configured to drive the driven roller (3) to move in a direction getting close to or in a direction getting away from the driving roller (2), so as to change, by adjusting the size of the gap, the pressure applied by the driving roller (2) and the driven roller (3) onto two sides of the separator (103), thereby adjusting the thickness during the moving process of the separator (103).
