Summary:A wireless communication device (102, AP) includes a network interface circuit (117) and a control circuit (116). The network interface circuit (117) communicates with a first wireless communication device (104_1, STA A) and a second wireless communication device (104_2, STAB), where there is a peer-to-peer link established between the first wireless communication device (104_1, STA A) and the second wireless communication device (104_2, STA B). The control circuit generates a first frame, and sends the first frame to the second wireless communication device (104_2, STA B) through the network interface circuit (117), where the first frame is arranged to inform the second wireless communication device (104_2, STAB) of a subband transition at the first wireless communication device (104_1, STAA).
