Summary:The invention relates to a modular component (100) for a movable part (201) of a vehicle (200), comprising: - a carrier housing (10) for fastening the modular component (100) to the movable part (201) of the vehicle (200), - an emergency opening element (20) for an emergency actuation of the movable part (201) of the vehicle (200), wherein a traction mechanism (27) for actuating a lock (202), in particular for opening the movable part (201), is fastened to the emergency opening element (20), and wherein the emergency opening element (20) can be moved between at least two positions (I, II), namely: a rest position (I), in which the emergency opening element (20) is supported on the carrier housing (10), and an operating position (II), in which the emergency opening element (20) can be actuated by a user, in order to actuate the lock (202) by pulling on the traction mechanism (27), - and a triggering device (30) for the emergency opening element (20), in order to transfer the emergency opening element (20) automatically out of the rest position (I) into the operating position (II), wherein the emergency opening element (20) is configured in such a way that the emergency opening element (20) can be transferred out of the rest position (I) into the operating position (II) by way of a manual action of force of the user.
