Summary:A map drawing method, a map drawing apparatus, a computer-readable storage medium and an electronic device. The map drawing method comprises: scanning the boundary of a surface medium area, so as to generate an initialization area (S2010); merging boundary coordinates of the initialization area, so as to obtain a merged area (S2020); and dividing the merged area into a plurality of sub-areas according to a preset shape, and drawing the boundary of the surface medium area according to the sub-areas and the merged area, so as to obtain a map of the surface medium area (S2030). By means of the method, the precision of a drawn map of a surface medium area can be improved.
