The method comprises: displaying a floating keyboard corresponding to a current application, the floating keyboard comprising a key operation area and an input text preview area (S 110); acquiring at least one text inputted by means of the key operation area (S120); displaying the at least one text as a target text in the input text preview area (S130); and in response to a content sending instruction associated with the target text, inputting the target text to the current application (S140). The present method reduces visual fatigue generated during a text input process.
