Summary:Provided in the present application are a stator, an electric motor, a compressor and a vehicle. The stator comprises: a stator core, wherein the stator core comprises a plurality of tooth portions, the plurality of tooth portions are distributed in a circumferential direction of the stator core, and there is a stator slot between every two adjacent tooth portions; windings, which are wound around the tooth portions and extend into the stator slots; and first insulation members, wherein at least part of each first insulation member is located in a gap between the windings on every two adjacent tooth portions. Each first insulation member comprises a first insulation portion and a second insulation portion, which are connected to each other, wherein in the same stator slot, the first insulation portion is in contact with one winding, and the second insulation portion is in contact with the other winding; and in a cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the stator core, the length of the first insulation portion is greater than the length of the second insulation portion. According to the stator provided by the present application, the first insulation member is optimized, that is, the lengths of the first insulation portion and the second insulation portion are optimized, such that the stator has the characteristics of having a high insulation reliability and a good fixity, being easy to product in an automated manner, and being low in cost.
