Summary:The present disclosure relates to a modified bismaleimide prepolymer, a preparation method thereof, and use thereof. In the present disclosure, a bismaleimide resin is modified with a suitable type of allyl compound to obtain a modified bismaleimide prepolymer. A laminate prepared using the prepolymer as a raw material has high peel strength. Moreover, it is further found that the modified bismaleimide prepolymer has good compatibility with other resins, can dissolve in common solvents, and is prone to cure. Furthermore, the laminate prepared using the modified bismaleimide prepolymer as a raw material has excellent heat resistance and toughness.
