A remote control system of fishing equipment for a fishing vessel is proposed. The system enables each sailor to safely manipulate the corresponding fishing equipment (21) during fishing using the fishing equipment installed on the fishing vessel (10). In the system, wireless communication is enabled between a wearable manipulation device (11) worn by each sailor on board the fishing vessel and a central control device (20) installed in a wheelhouse (3) of the fishing vessel, operation of each piece of fishing equipment installed on the fishing vessel is to be individually controlled by the central control device via a cable (29), and in the meantime, a manipulation device of a sailor in charge assigned to each piece of fishing equipment is to be synchronized with the corresponding fishing equipment, so that a manipulation signal generated by pressing a manipulation button of the wearable manipulation device worn by each sailor is input to the central control device.
