Summary:Disclosed is a system for heat exchange between a water treatment device of a sewage treatment plant and an external plant such as a data center. The system comprises: a hot air supply unit which supplies heat generated from the external plant to a reactor using microorganisms in the water treatment device; and a coolant supply unit which supplies, to the external plant, treated water discharged from the water treatment device as a coolant for heat dissipation of the external plant. Complementary heat exchange between the external plant and the sewage treatment plant is possible, and thereby, various issues can be addressed simultaneously in terms of environmental and economic aspects.
