Summary:In an approach, a management method of a secondary battery (5) is provided. In the management method, temperature control of the secondary battery (5) is executed in a second period after a first period in which the secondary battery (5) is diagnosed, when the secondary battery (5) is charged under a charge condition under which precipitation of lithium metal in the secondary battery (5) is predicted based on a diagnosis result in the first period. In the temperature control of the secondary battery (5), a temperature of the secondary battery (5) after a time point of an end of charge under the charge condition in the second period is kept in a predetermined temperature range of a lower-limit temperature (Tlow) to an upper-limit temperature (Tup).
