Provided are a charging device and a charging system. The charging device includes: a housing; a power interface configured to access a power supply; and a charging interface disposed on the housing and configured to be detachably connected to a battery pack. The charging interface includes: a charging terminal configured to be connected to a charging terminal of the battery pack; a communication terminal configured to be connected to a communication terminal of the battery pack to acquire communication information of the battery pack; a communication module receiving the communication information of the battery pack inputted via the communication terminal; and a power supply conversion circuit connected to the power interface to convert the accessed power supply into charging electric energy of the battery pack and electric energy for supplying power to the communication module. The charging device further includes a communication protection module connected between the communication terminal and the communication module and configured to isolate an interference voltage signal higher than or equal to a preset voltage value to protect the communication module.
