Summary:Disclosed is a light emitting display device that can enhance light extraction efficiency of light which is emitted from a light emitting element (ED). The light emitting display device includes a substrate (100) including a plurality of pixels (12) having an opening area (OA); an overcoating layer (170) over the substrate (100) and including an uneven portion (180) having a plurality of protruding portions (181) in the opening area (OA); and a light emitting element (ED) over the uneven portion (180), wherein: each of the plurality of protruding portions (181) includes: a bottom portion (181c); a top portion (181a) over the bottom portion (181c); and a curved portion (181b) between the top portion (181a) and the bottom portion (181c), the curved portion (181c) of each of the plurality of protruding portions (181) includes a first tangent slope at a half height of a total height from the bottom portion (181c) to the top portion (181a) and a second tangent slope at 4/5 of the total height, and wherein the second tangent slope is greater than the first tangent slope.
