The present disclosure provides a protective suit with an air supply device, including a tops portion, a bottoms portion and a transparent head cover which are arranged integrally, wherein the tops portion is provided with a breathing tube, which is communicated with an internal environment of the protective suit, and an air inlet of the breathing tube is communicated with the air supply device; and an exhaust filter device is arranged at a top of the transparent head cover. The protective suit has the excellent protective effect, the air supply device is communicated inside the protective suit, so as to effectively reduce the muggy feeling formed by long-term wearing of the sealing protective suit. Further, a battery is arranged inside the air supply device, a battery lid is arranged at a side of the air supply device, so the bearing capacity is stronger, and a large capacity battery with a greater weight may be adopted according to needs. In addition, a filter box in the air supply device has convenient disassembly and strong air-tightness, so the protective suit is suitable for medical application.
