The present disclosure further concerns a method with dynamic convolution comprising determining discrete valued kernel adaptation weights for weight matrices based on input data, determining a unified kernel based on the weight matrices and the kernel adaptation weights corresponding to the weight matrices, and generating an output by performing convolution between the input data and the unified kernel.
