The dispensing device (10) comprises a feeding pipe (23), and a first movable block (16) and a second movable block (17) which are spaced apart and provided in the feeding pipe (23), the feeding pipe (23) is formed with a feeding channel (14), and the first movable block (16) and the second movable block (17) are used for enabling connection or sealing of the feeding channel (14). The control method comprises: controlling the first movable block (16) to move to enable connection of the feeding channel (14), and keeping the feeding channel (14) to be sealed by the second movable block (17), so that a washing block on the first movable block (16) falls down between the first movable block (16) and the second movable block (17); and controlling the second movable block (17) to move to enable connection of the feeding channel (14), and keeping the feeding channel (14) to be sealed by the first movable block (16), so that the washing block between the first movable block (16) and the second movable block (17) falls down to the outside of the feeding channel (14).
