The cylindrical member 31 includes a chemical liquid passage, chemical liquid injection portions 32, an air passage, and air injection portions 33. The chemical liquid flows through the chemical liquid passage. The chemical liquid injection portions 32 are connected to the chemical liquid passage and inject the chemical liquid. Air passes through the air passage. The air injection portions 33 are connected to the air passage and inject the air to support the chemical liquid to be sprayed.
