Summary:There is described a transportation device accessory for coupling a locking apparatus (12) to a transportation device, comprising a connection member (1023) removably engageable to the locking apparatus (12), and a mounting member (1030) coupled to the connection member (1023). The connection member (1023) is rotatable relative to the mounting member (1030) about an axis (A1) extending through the connection member (1023) and mounting member (1030) to change a positional orientation of the connection member (1023) relative to the mounting member (1030), and the connection member (1023) and mounting member (1030) are lockable to prevent rotation of the connection member (1023) relative to the mounting member (1030). The mounting member (1030) is removably attachable to the transportation device in a fixed orientation and changing of the orientation of the connection member (1023) relative to the mounting member (1030) changes an orientation of the locking apparatus (12) relative to the transportation device. The connection member (1023) includes a first surface and the mounting member (1030) includes a second surface facing the first surface. One of the first and second surfaces includes a plurality of posts (1028) extending therefrom and the other of the first and second surfaces includes a plurality of bores (1032) for receiving the posts (1028) to lock the connection member in a rotational orientation. The plurality of posts (1028) and the plurality of bores (1032) are spaced about a respective one of the first and second surfaces adjacent a perimeter of a respective one of the connection member (1023) and mounting member (1030).
