Summary:An organic electroluminescent device includes, from bottom to top, a substrate (1), a first electrode (2) and a light-emitting component (4) in sequence, where the light-emitting component (4) is disposed on the first electrode (2), and a secondary electrode structure (5) is disposed on an upper side surface of the light-emitting component (4) and includes a sub-electrode (53), a dielectric material layer (52) and an outer layer electrode (51), where the dielectric material layer (52) is disposed between the sub-electrode (53) and the outer layer electrode (51), the sub-electrode (53) is in contact with the light-emitting component (4), the dielectric material layer (52) and the sub-electrode (53) completely cover a light-emitting region of the light-emitting component (4), the outer layer electrode (51) completely covers the dielectric material layer (52), and in a non-light-emitting region on the periphery of the light-emitting component (4), the outer layer electrode (51) is electrically connected to the sub-electrode (53). The high-reliability device can comprehensively prevent a screen from failing due to a short circuit and still has an effect of preventing the short circuit even under a "grid-free" condition, thereby reducing the dependency on an insulating layer material, simplifying a manufacturing process, and saving a cost.
