Summary:Disclosed are a fault locating method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a first relationship diagram corresponding to a service model, wherein the service model is a model of a current network service, and the first relationship diagram includes a hierarchical relationship between nodes; on the basis of configuration information of the current network service and the first relationship diagram, instantiating nodes in the service model to generate a second relationship diagram of the current network service, and performing fault location on the current network service on the basis of the second relationship diagram.
