Summary:The present invention relates to a water-in-oil cosmetic composition with maximized feeling of moisture and refreshment and, more particularly, to a water-in-oil cosmetic composition which includes organically modified clay minerals and polar oils containing at least one ester group having a specific content, so that the stability of emulsified particles is maintained without a separate emulsifier, thus reducing skin irritation during application and forming water drops to enhance visual aesthetics and maximize feeling of moisture and refreshment.
