The present invention relates to a respiratory pressure therapy system comprising one or more processors configured to access data associated with usage of a respiratory pressure therapy device that delivers a respiratory pressure therapy to a patient in multiple sessions. The one or more processors are further configured to determine a therapy quality indicator of a session of the multiple sessions from usage data relating to the session. The therapy quality indicator is a number derived from a plurality of contributions, each of which corresponds to a different usage variable for the session in the usage data. The one or more processors are further configured to present the therapy quality indicator.
