Summary:This application relates to the field of computer network technologies and discloses an AS pair verification method, apparatus, and device. The method can avoid incorrect determining of an AS pair in path information of an AS path during verification of the AS path, and improve accuracy of verifying the AS path. The method is applied to a network device. The method includes: obtaining path information including an AS pair; determining region information of a region to which the AS pair in the path information belongs; and verifying the AS pair based on the determined region information of the region to which the AS pair belongs, where the AS pair in the path information includes two adjacent AS numbers in the path information.
