The invention relates to imaging and endoradiotherapy of diseases involving prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). Provided are compounds which bind or inhibit PSMA and furthermore carry at least one moiety which is amenable to radiolabeling. Provided are also medical uses of such compounds.
