The method is a decentralized application based on a blockchain for monitoring notifications and deliveries, certified and confidential, of messages or data files to at least one recipient, generating proof of non-repudiation of sending and receiving, and the result of the notification: participants, timestamp of the notification moment and final status. The method controls the flow of data exchange and evidence through smart contract functions invoked by the sender and recipients, without the intervention of trusted third parties to manage the process or resolve conflicts between parties. The content of the notification is not saved in the blockchain, but can be confirmed, from the data stored by the smart contract, that the data provided by any of the participants corresponds to the exchange data, including the message. Alternatively, the delivery of public and accessible messages through the smart contract is also allowed.
