Summary:Provided are a resource allocation method, apparatus and device for an intelligent space-divided cell cluster, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: with regard to each divided cell under a space-divided cell cluster, determining users belonging to various cell combinations of the divided cell; according to the estimated number of demanded resource blocks of the users in each of the cell combinations of each divided cell, acquiring the total estimated number of demanded resource blocks of the space-divided cell cluster; and according to the number of available resource blocks of each divided cell, and the total estimated number of demanded resource blocks of the space-divided cell cluster, allocating resource blocks to the users in each of the cell combinations of the divided cells under the space-divided cell cluster.
