Summary: | This invention relates to a multilayer film comprising: a barrier layer, and an adhesive layer comprising a maleic anhydride (MAH)-grafted polyolefin; wherein the barrier layer has a melting point higher than the adhesive layer, and wherein the melting point of the barrier layer is higher than 165°C. The present invention enables production of gas-tight multilayer laminates which exhibit a high peel resistance combined with a low weight and/or thickness. In further embodiments, a multilayer laminate and an inflatable airbag comprising a fabric layer adhered to said multilayer film, as well as a method if its manufacturing are described. |
