Summary:The invention relates to a device for material and/or energy exchange between a first exchange medium and at least one second exchange medium, comprising a housing (1) surrounding at least one chamber in which a packet (3) of material- and/or energy-permeable hollow fibres (3h) is arranged and which is divided into two chamber regions (1a,11a/b) by the hollow fibres (3h), wherein the first exchange medium can flow around the hollow fibres (3h) in a first chamber region (1a) of the at least one chamber and the at least one second exchange medium can flow through the hollow fibres (3h) in a second chamber region (11a/b) of the at least one chamber, wherein the hollow fibre packet (3) has a packet axis (4) and all hollow fibres (3h) of the hollow fibre packet (3) are orientated transverse, preferably perpendicular to said axis, wherein the hollow fibre packet (3) is penetrated by a potting compound around the full 360 degrees of the packet axis (4) and radially at a distance from the packet axis (4), by means of which the hollow fibres (3h) of the hollow fibre packet 93) are adhered to one another, and the hollow fibre packet (3) has at least two sealing elements (5) that are each extending axially and spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction on the outer circumference of said packet, in particular being formed by the potting compound, and wherein the sealing elements (5) lie tight against the inner wall of the housing (1) in a radially compressed state and the second chamber region (11a/b) of the at least one chamber is divided by the sealing elements (5) in the circumferential direction into at least two chamber sub-regions (11a, 11b).
