Summary:What is disclosed is a hydrostatic lifting unit for a mobile working machine, having an actuator, in particular a hydraulic cylinder, on which a load receptacle is articulated in dependence on a lifting requirement, having a pressure detection unit by means of which a load pressure of the actuator can be detected, and having a control unit by means of which a received load can be determined in dependence on the load pressure and on a position of the lifting unit.
