Summary:The invention relates to an electrolyte concentration measuring device comprising a connecting unit of the electrolyte concentration measuring device, wherein the connecting unit of the electrolyte concentration measuring device has a passage penetrating through the connecting unit and a passage connecting unit capable of connecting an another passage provided on an ion selective electrode to supply an sample liquid or of connecting an another passage provided on an ion selective electrode to discharge the sample liquid, wherein the passage connecting unit includes a sealing member capable of sealing a gap between the passage of the connecting unit of the electrolyte concentration measuring device and the ion selective electrode in the connection. The measuring device of the invention is characterized in that the sealing member includes a sheet and a projection, the passage connecting unit is provided with a recess for holding the projection of the sealing member, the width of the projection before holding a ion selective electrode is wider than the width of the recess of the passage connecting unit, the length of the projection is shorter than the length of the recess, the sheet is provided with an opening, rubber hardness of a material configuring the sealing member is lower than rubber hardness of a material configuring the connecting unit of the electrolyte concentration measuring device.
