Summary:Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are an information processing method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: determining an original pixel set of a block to be encoded in the current video frame; determining attribute information of each original pixel in the original pixel set; selecting original pixels, the attribute information of which satisfies a screening condition, to obtain a target pixel set; and encoding said block on the basis of the attribute information of each original pixel in the target pixel set.
