The resin component (160) includes a cover portion (250) that covers an outer edge portion of a topmost surface (190) of the light transmissive component (130). A height (A1) from the mounting surface (170) to a top of the cover portion (250) is greater than a height (A2) from the mounting surface (170) to the topmost surface (190) of the light transmissive component (130). The topmost surface (190) of the light transmissive component (130) includes an exposed region (260) that is exposed from the resin component (160).
