Summary:A floating platform for high-power wind turbines, comprising a concrete substructure (1), said concrete substructure forming the base of the platform, which remains semi-submerged in the operating position, and consisting of a square lower slab (11) on which a series of beams (3, 31) and five hollow reinforced concrete cylinders (2, 21) are constructed, distributed at the corners and the centre of said lower slab (1); a metal superstructure (4) supported on the concrete substructure and forming the base for connection with the wind turbine tower, said tower being coupled at the centre thereof; and metal covers (5, 51) covering each of the cylinders (2, 21), on which the metal superstructure is supported and to which vertical pillars (6, 61) are secured, linked together by means of beams (7, 71), which join at the central pillar (61) by means of an element (8) whereon the base (9) of the wind turbine tower is secured.
