Summary:The present invention relates to a method for modifying the glycosylation profile of a recombinant glycoprotein produced in cell culture comprising culturing eukaryotic cells expressing the recombinant glycoprotein in a cell culture medium, wherein the cell culture medium is supplemented with fucose, manganese, and taurine, wherein the glycosylation profile of the produced recombinant glycoprotein is modified to better resemble the glycosylation profile of a reference glycoprotein than when cultured without said supplementation.
