Summary: | Provided is a molding resin composition including a vinyl ester (A), an unsaturated monomer (B), a polyisocyanate (C), and a polymerization initiator (D) as essential materials, wherein the polymerization initiator (D) is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of compounds (D1) represented by general formula (1), benzopinacol or its ester compounds (D2), and compounds (D3) having an azo group. Since the molding resin composition has good properties such as high flexural strength and emits less volatile organic compounds, the molding resin composition can be suitably used for automotive parts, railway vehicle parts, aerospace craft parts, ship parts, housing equipment parts, sports equipment parts, parts for light vehicles, parts for construction and civil engineering, bodies of OA equipment and other equipment, and other applications.
