Summary:A rail-to-ground voltage is appropriately controlled in a DC feeder system. A railroad vehicle which is operated by power supplied from power supply equipment includes a power control system which takes in information on a ground voltage of a rail at a target position as one of parameters and executes power control based on the information. The railroad vehicle further includes at least one of a drive device supplied with power controlled by the power control system and an auxiliary device supplied with power controlled by the power control system.
