The support profile (4, 4') extends substantially over the entire length of the base (2) and has a vertical bar (41, 41') projecting upwards above the base (2), and a strip-like decorative element (5, 5'), which extends substantially over the entire length of the support profile (4, 4') or between caps (7, 8) arranged in the end regions on the support profile and an upper horizontal carrier (51, 51') and a first downwardly protruding vertical bar (50, 50'). The decorative element (5, 5') has a second vertical bar (52, 52'), which extends downwards from the horizontal bar (51, 51') and the horizontal bar (51, 51') is supported indirectly or directly on the upper end of the vertical bar (41, 41') of the support profile (4, 4'). The decorative element (5, 5') covers the support profile (4, 4') at least partially laterally on opposing sides.
