Summary:The present invention provides a method for preparing an isoxazoline-containing uracil compound through methylation. An isoxazoline-containing uracil compound shown by formula I is prepared by a methylation reaction between a compound shown by formula II and methyl chloride in a closed container in the presence of alkali, a catalyst and an organic solvent; and a reaction equation is as follows:The definition of each group in the formula is described in the description.
