Summary:This application provides an interference measurement method and apparatus. A second functional entity of an interference-generating node sends, by using one or more beams corresponding to a reference signal resource identifier of a first functional entity of the interference-generating node, a reference signal used for interference measurement, so that an interfered node can quickly and accurately perform interference measurement, and the interference measurement on the nodes under cross-link interference is implemented, thereby greatly reducing impact of a cross-link signal transmission, and improving transmission performance of a system.
