The temperature management system further includes a second heat exchanger (180), configured to: when a management object needs to be cooled through the heat exchange plate (150), heat a first refrigerant that flows to an input port (112); and when the management object needs to be heated through the heat exchange plate (150), cool the first refrigerant that flows to the heat exchange plate (150).
