Summary:The invention relates to a pack (100) for preparing a food or beverage product from one or more ingredients, the pack comprising an insert (10) through where the food or beverage product is delivered, and such that a fluid to prepare the food or beverage product from the ingredients is also delivered into the pack via the insert (10) through an injection hole (11) and into an inlet chamber (191); the pack also comprising a container (20) being configured by at least one flexible sheet folded in such a way to configure a container where one or more ingredients can be stored; the insert (10) being overwrapped by the at least one flexible sheet configuring the container (20); such that the inlet chamber communicating with the inner volume of the container (20) is closed by a membrane (190), breakable by pressure. Further, the invention relates to the use of such a pack (100) for preparing a food or beverage product and to a method for producing a food or beverage product using this pack (100).
