Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steuereinrichtung eines Automatisierungssystems, welche eingerichtet ist, um u.a. unter Nutzung eines KI-Systems eine Anlage, bspw. eine Produktionsanlage zu steuern. In einer Anwendung der Steuereinrichtung überwacht diese die Produktion hinsichtlich der Qualität der produzierten Objekte, bpsw. bezüglich des Vorliegens von Fehlerfällen. Das KI-System wird im Vorfeld basierend auf einer Vielzahl von bekannten Zuständen der Objekte trainiert, so dass das KI-System in der Lage ist, beim Auftreten von neuen, bislang nicht bekannten Zuständen trainiert zu werden, wobei lediglich eine geringe Zahl von Fallbeispielen benötigt wird.
