At least two of the plurality of segments (105) have a first wall (120; 520) that extends radially outward from a base portion (124). The base portion (124) has a radially inner side and a radially outer side. A heat shield (140; 240; 340; 440; 640; 740) abuts the radially outer side of the at least two segments. The heat shield (140; 240; 340; 440; 640; 740) is formed from a ceramic material.
