Summary:System for cryogenically ablating upper airway mucosa within a nasal cavity. The system comprises a probe comprising a shaft and a cryotherapy element coupled to the shaft. The probe is configured to be advanced into the nasal cavity and to and to cryogenically cool a target treatment site with the cryotherapy element to treat at least one nasal nerve. The system further comprises a warming probe configured to be inserted into the nasal cavity to warm tissue superior, inferior, anterior, posterior, lateral to, and/or medial to the target treatment site, referred to as non-treatment tissue.
