The method may include: acquiring, after receiving scheduling policy indication information, a scheduling policy from the scheduling policy indication information; rearranging rows and columns in a Far-End CrossTalk (FEXT) precoding matrix according to the acquired scheduling policy; performing matrix decomposition on the rearranged matrix by adopting a preset matrix decomposition algorithm; and assigning a rate to each line pair in a Data Subscriber Line (DSL) based on a matrix decomposition result.
