Summary:A server is provided. The server includes a communication interface and a processor configured to transmit a request to operate in emergency mode to an electronic apparatus through the communicator, and while the electronic apparatus is operating in emergency mode, based on information on an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the electronic apparatus being received from a user terminal apparatus that is communicatively connected to the electronic apparatus, transmit map information corresponding to a location of the electronic apparatus to the user terminal apparatus based on location information of the electronic apparatus matched with the IP address.
