Summary:A centrifuge, having a drum (1) which is rotatable about an axis of rotation (A) and which has at least one paring disk (13, 21), wherein the paring disk (13, 21) comprises at least one disk portion (15) with at least two outlet channels (18) with in each case one inlet opening (17) at an outer radius R1, wherein the respective outlet channel (18) extends from the inlet opening to an inner radius (r1), and wherein the respective outlet channel (18) is in each case delimited downwardly by a lower cover (32) and upwardly by an upper cover (35), and wherein a lateral delimitation of the respective outlet channel (18) is formed by a leading curved inflow side (31) and a trailing curved inflow side (30) in each case in relation to a flow direction (D) in a rotating state of the drum (1) during operation, wherein a width (B) of the respective outlet channel (18) becomes greater over the entire extent in a radial direction inward from the outer circumference of the paring disk (13, 21) to the inner radius (r1).
