The device comprises a bearing body (10), a rotor plate device (20) formed by stacked electric plates (21) isaccommodated in the bearing body. Said electromotive plates are each formed by a substantially circular central annular section and a number p of integral wing-shaped plate segments (22) connected tothe central annular section, a pocket-shaped receiving space (30) being formed between the carrier body (10) and the respective plate segment (20) of the rotor plate arrangement (20) for receiving a magnet segment (31). The characteristics of the rotor provided by the utility model are optimized.
