More Information
Summary:The present invention relates to an aluminum wine container including an aluminum can body and an aluminum can lid that covers an opening of the can body. A polyester resin coating is formed on the inner surface of the aluminum can body, and the thickness of the coating is not less than 4 µm at the barrel portion of the can body. And a coating film of a polyester/phenolic coating material having a thickness of not less than 6 µm is formed on the inner surface of the aluminum can lid. Consequently, corrosion of the container and deterioration of wine flavor are effectively prevented without using a special scavenger for capturing sulfurous acid even in a case where the container is filled with wine that contains sulfite and sealed.
