The coupling portion (11) has alternately arranged first protrusion parts (113) and first intermediate parts (114) formed on an inner surface (112) thereof, and the coupling segment (213) has alternately arranged second protrusion parts (215) and second intermediate parts (216) formed on an outer surface (213a) thereof. The coupling segment (213) is rotatable about the axis from a locked position, where the second protrusion parts (215) respectively engage the first protrusion parts (113), to an locked position, where the second protrusion parts (215) respectively align with the first intermediate parts (114).
